Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that foster community, allowing clients to share their journeys, support one another, and learn through peer interactions.

• Conducting individual therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients, helping them explore their emotions, develop coping mechanisms, and set practical goals for their mental health journeys.

• Collaborating with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique challenges and aspirations, ensuring measurable outcomes and ongoing adjustments as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets young adults aged 18 to 30, offering a safe space for them to engage in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). The clients you will work with often face issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Your expertise will be critical in equipping them with the tools and strategies needed for effective coping and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure within the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
