Key Responsibilities\n

In your role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of youth clients by establishing rapport and building positive, trust-based relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to review each client’s progress, assessing needs, stability, and preparing for possible discharge when appropriate.

• Creating, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with each client's goals and preferences.

• Documenting client progress meticulously through up-to-date notes and assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to determine the best therapeutic approaches for new clients.
\n
• Providing weekly individual sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Participating in supervision and collaborative discussions with peers to enhance clinical skills and treatment methodologies.

• Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to clients, promoting treatment synergy across disciplines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on youth clients, ranging from adolescents to young adults, presenting various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
