Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee and deliver clinical care, showcasing a high level of proficiency in therapeutic techniques.

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, perform necessary assessments, and maintain thorough, conclusive treatment documentation.

• Manage a diverse caseload of patients, addressing a broad spectrum of psychological needs and implementing tailored treatment plans.

• Expertly assess clients and their families, collaborating on effective resolution plans that address immediate and long-term mental health needs.

• Utilize advanced clinical skills to counsel patients through crisis situations, offering timely interventions and support.

• Provide personalized therapy services, including individual, conjoint, and family therapy, while ensuring referrals to specialized professionals for comprehensive patient support.

• Evaluate patients’ psychological needs and collaborate with primary care providers to develop effective action plans, accompanied by regular follow-ups to monitor progress.

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, integrating findings into the overall care framework.

• Document and revise therapeutic strategies, progress notes, and treatment plans as required, while also offering educational programs to patients and families to foster understanding and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working closely with a diverse patient population that includes individuals with various psychological disorders, behavioral concerns, and those facing emotional challenges. A focus will be placed on offering tailored support to enhance their well-being, fostering independence, and guiding them toward effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required for this position.

• Candidates must possess a valid state license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer applicants with a minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong ability to handle various psychological issues and effectively interact with patients and their families. Experience with telehealth platforms and documentation tools is also highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, reflecting your experience and expertise. Additional incentives include:
