Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while maintaining the supportive atmosphere of an outpatient office setting. You will be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality mental health care. Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured yet adaptable work schedule ideal for balancing professional and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately identify and understand clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are customized to align with the unique goals and circumstances of each client.

• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to diverse client needs.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and strategies to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for each client.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering strictly to all legal and ethical guidelines governing mental health practices.

• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case conferences, and professional development opportunities to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients grappling with substance misuse and addiction, as well as individuals in emotional distress requiring immediate support. This includes providing trauma intervention, managing emotional crises, and implementing effective suicide prevention strategies. Your ability to establish rapport and trust will be vital in guiding clients through their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is essential.

• An independent LMHC license is required for this position.
