Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy to clients across varying age groups and backgrounds, addressing their unique needs and mental health concerns.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans as part of our commitment to high-quality care.

• Utilize our billing service, which manages claims, client accounts receivable, and insurance verification efficiently, allowing you to focus more on client work.

• Schedule and manage appointments with clients, ensuring a responsive and organized calendar.
\n
• Exhibit the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to address a variety of clinical presentations, including grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are individuals and families navigating the complexities of life who seek support, particularly within a hospice and end-of-life care context. You will engage with clients experiencing emotional challenges related to illness, loss, and transitions, providing them with guidance and understanding in a sensitive manner.

Qualifications\n

• A degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work, with an active license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exhibit professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency, fostering an inclusive environment for all clients.

• Demonstrated self-motivation and effective organizational skills, ensuring efficient time management and task completion.
\n
• Available for a full-time commitment, working a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings weekly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant training and/or experience in couples therapy or related fields will be viewed as a considerable advantage.

• A background in hospice care or working with clients in end-of-life transition will be highly beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
