Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patients' individual goals and requirements through comprehensive evaluations.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, allowing for focused, personalized treatment sessions.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans incorporating a variety of techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Deliver cost-effective interventions aimed at enhancing clients' range of motion, mobility, and overall physical health.
• Promote alternatives to medications and surgical procedures whenever applicable.
• Motivate patients through their rehabilitation journey, creating tailored fitness and wellness programs to meet their specific needs.
• Confer and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals through case discussions to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring clear communication with both patients and referring providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients requiring outpatient orthopedic therapy, which includes treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and injury prevention strategies. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Virginia.
• At least one year of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is essential.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
