Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' unique mental health needs, and create tailored treatment plans that reflect those needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in both one-on-one and group settings, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including case managers, psychiatrists, and outreach coordinators, to guarantee holistic care for all clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, applying your clinical expertise and empathetic communication skills.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
