Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to address a range of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client caseload at Lifespan Home Counseling will consist of individuals facing a wide range of challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.

• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy and the application of innovative therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish trust and rapport with clients quickly.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex mental health situations and guide clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
