Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each client's mental health needs, using structured diagnostic tools and interviews.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based methodologies relevant to the client's situation.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients embracing virtual consultations or those hindered by logistical challenges, ensuring accessibility to mental health support.

• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical notes, treatment plans, and client interactions in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions to stay informed about the latest therapeutic advancements.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, ranging from individuals facing anxiety and depression to those dealing with trauma and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.

• Strong organizational skills with proven time management capabilities to effectively balance caseloads and administrative tasks.
