Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve low-acuity adults seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients are typically stable individuals looking for assistance in enhancing their overall psychological health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A valid, unencumbered license to practice independently is mandatory. Acceptable licenses include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted; candidates must not have any disciplinary actions against their license.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client care.

• Proficient computer literacy to effectively navigate our therapy platform and manage digital documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While all required qualifications must be met, preference will be given to candidates with experience in teletherapy or digital outpatient care, as well as those familiar with solution-focused therapy techniques. Compensation and Benefits\n

At Philly Family Care Center, we value our team members and offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, based on experience and hours worked. In addition to this attractive compensation, we provide a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
