Work Environment

You will be working onsite in our modern outpatient office. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive movement assessments to formulate customized therapy plans based on individual patient needs.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Continuously assess and adapt treatment plans to reflect the progress and overall wellness of patients.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises, injury prevention strategies, and wellness techniques to enhance recovery and longevity.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with organizational policies.
• Engage in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and share insights for collective improvement in care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary clientele will be individuals seeking rehabilitation for a range of conditions, including sports injuries, orthopedic surgeries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• An active New Jersey Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
