Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, this role offers flexibility within a structured full-time schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. While primarily home-based, occasional evening or weekend hours may arise based on individual client needs, necessitating availability for on-call situations to ensure our clients receive continuous support. Team collaboration occurs through virtual meetings and case management discussions as we address urgent matters promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ psychosocial needs, focusing on their emotional, mental, and social well-being.

• Collaborate with clients and their families to create tailored care plans that align with their specific goals, preferences, and concerns.

Compensation and Benefits\n
