Brave Mental Behavioral Services is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team on a full-time remote basis. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood and interpersonal disorders, ensuring a thorough understanding of their emotional state.
• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and preferences, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders as well as treatment options, promoting self-care strategies that foster emotional health.
• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that every client’s mental health needs are met holistically.
• Stay informed about the latest research and methodologies in mental health to continually refine your therapeutic approaches.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and continuously improve our service delivery.
• Advocate for clients, helping to break the stigma surrounding mental health issues and ensuring they receive the support they require.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily caters to individuals and families facing challenges related to marriage, family dynamics, and relationship issues, with a particular focus on divorce counseling. You will engage with diverse clients, providing culturally sensitive care that respects their backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to create a safe and trusted environment for clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance client caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

Experience in working with clients facing divorce and relationship challenges, along with familiarity with multiple therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, or other relevant approaches is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
