Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Master Social Worker, you will:

• Regularly visit clients to monitor well-being, assess living conditions, and address any immediate concerns or safety issues.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and care plans clearly and accurately, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and ethical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on senior clients receiving hospice care. You will be working with individuals facing end-of-life issues, hence requiring a profound understanding of aging-related challenges, emotional trauma, and transitioning care. Building rapport and trust with seniors and their families is crucial, as is demonstrating deep empathy during these sensitive times.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, coupled with current licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a social work environment, ideally within hospice or geriatric care settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
