Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to clients experiencing various mental health challenges.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Engage in ongoing communication with other healthcare providers to facilitate a holistic approach to patient care.

• Document all client interactions and maintain detailed records utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss client progress and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal LCSW will work primarily with adult patients aged 18 and above, including individuals facing the terminal stages of illness, grief, and loss. You will be supporting a diverse population, which may include members of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as minority groups facing unique mental health challenges. A fundamental aspect of your role will involve employing culturally sensitive practices that honor the identities and experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW license to practice in the state of Colorado.

• At least 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience is required.

• Experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients (18+).

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.
\n
