This person will actively drive business by marketing to senior living and physician practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral partners.Educate healthcare professionals on recognizing early functional decline and the benefits of timely home healthcare services.Execute a strategic territory plan to increase referrals and grow market share.Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, networking, and follow-up with referral partners.Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care and continuity of service.Maintain accurate records of business development activities and referral opportunities.Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and a patient-first approach.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare business development, healthcare sales, physician liaison, or a related healthcare marketing role.Home health, hospice, post-acute care, or senior healthcare experience preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.Strong territory management and time management skills.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus uncapped commission$300/month for marketing budgetMileage paid and Cell Phone coverageHealth insurance benefitsPaid holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO)Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development
