Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, leveraging various diagnostic tools and techniques to understand clients' needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are aligned with each client’s therapeutic goals and evidence-based best practices.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing modalities that resonate with clients’ preferences and psychological needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring their safety and stability.

• Document all client interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, maintaining confidentiality per ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health resources, treatment options, and community support, advocating for their needs when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
