Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to establish their mental health needs. This includes performing diagnostic assessments using accepted methodologies.

• Provide individual counseling sessions, supporting clients as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Techniques may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and motivational interviewing.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions to foster community and shared learning, addressing common issues faced by clients, and creating an environment of support.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for each client, setting measurable goals and outlining therapeutic interventions that best suit their needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support by assessing risk factors and coordinating emergency responses when required. This could involve real-time decision-making in high-stress situations.

• Engage in professional development opportunities to keep abreast of trends and advances in mental health care, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
