Key Responsibilities

• You will lead clinic staff by modeling professionalism and encouraging high standards of patient care and teamwork among nurses, technicians, and administrative personnel.
• Your responsibilities will include thorough and prompt completion of patient charts and documentation, ensuring compliance with medical standards.
• As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will implement clinical protocols established by the Chief Medical Officer and collaborating physicians.
• Your role involves ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients on the management of acute and chronic conditions.
• You will perform various therapeutic procedures such as incision and drainage (I&D), suturing, and wound care, showcasing proficiency in both acute and routine care.
• Based on patient histories and diagnostic results, you will analyze symptoms and develop well-informed diagnoses tailored to individual patient needs.
