Work Environment

This position involves an onsite work setting at our clinic, with a unique emphasis on house calls and personalized, patient-focused services. Your work schedule is structured from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with opportunities for extended evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. on certain days. On weekends, you may participate in community outreach events or health fairs, promoting health awareness and accessibility. The average workweek totals approximately 40 hours, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while making a profound impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments for individuals and families, including routine screenings and diagnostic tests to identify both acute and chronic health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, providing ongoing management for patients' diverse medical conditions while ensuring preventive care measures are in place.
• Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to create and facilitate community health education programs, increasing awareness around health issues prevalent in the population.
• Advocate for patients’ rights, ensuring they have access to necessary healthcare services while being sensitive to cultural and socio-economic factors.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments to ensure continued care for patients, building a seamless healthcare journey for them.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
