Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and screenings to evaluate the physical and mental health of individuals and families, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
• Diagnose and manage a spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions, employing evidence-based practices that prioritize preventive care and health promotion.
• Work collaboratively with community organizations and public health stakeholders to design and implement innovative health education programs that cater to the population's unique needs.
