Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new clients, utilizing both traditional interview techniques and evidence-based assessment tools to gather accurate data about their mental health status.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on the assessment findings, incorporating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) among others. You will frequently adjust these plans to fit the evolving needs of clients.

• Document clinical progress meticulously in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and professional standards are consistently maintained.

• Participate in regular collaborative meetings with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists, where you will contribute insights and learn from your colleagues to enhance our treatment strategies and referral processes.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health issues and therapeutic processes. Empower them by providing coping strategies and community resources to facilitate their recovery.

• Stay informed about the latest research and findings in the mental health field, integrating new methodologies into your practice to stay at the forefront of effective patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on working with adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist in Washington is mandatory.
