Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing each client's unique needs, ensuring measurable goals are established and progress is regularly assessed.

• Provide ongoing emotional support for clients facing challenges such as trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and stress management.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that promote social interaction, personal growth, and a safe environment for clients to share their experiences.

• Stay current with clinical best practices by pursuing additional certifications and skills in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, addiction treatment, or grief counseling.
