Work Environment

The physical therapist will work onsite in our modern rehabilitation facility, surrounded by a dedicated team committed to delivering top-quality care. The typical work schedule spans Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration while addressing the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the physical conditions and functional capabilities of patients, identifying specific rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices, targeting individual patient goals and measuring progress systematically.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Provide ongoing education and support to patients, reinforcing proper body mechanics and injury prevention techniques that empower them to take charge of their recovery.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to optimize outcomes and respond to changing patient conditions.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment summaries, and outcomes to uphold the highest standards of care and comply with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
