Work Environment

You will be working onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in the heart of San Francisco. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the physical condition and functional capabilities of each patient.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on initial assessments, aligning therapeutic goals with individual patient needs.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities such as heat, ice, and electrical stimulation to promote recovery and pain relief.
• Educate patients on safe body mechanics, optimal posture, and effective injury prevention strategies to empower them in their rehabilitation journey.
• Continuously monitor patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure maximum effectiveness and facilitate optimal recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure continuity of treatment across disciplines.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records, documenting treatment interventions, progress, and outcomes to meet compliance and quality assurance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse array of individuals, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing chronic pain, or dealing with sports injuries. We specialize in rehabilitation for back and neck pain, joint pain associated with osteoarthritis, tendonitis, fractures, and post-surgical recovery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience treating a variety of conditions.
• Strong proficiency in advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities.
