Full Time Physiatrist Needed

Position Overview Physio Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic orthopedic outpatient practice located in the heart of San Francisco, California. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to partner with patients on their journey to recovery, helping them restore motion and function in their daily lives. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play an instrumental role in enhancing the quality of life and mobility of your clients.

Physio Recovery Center is a premier outpatient physical therapy facility boasting a state-of-the-art, 5000 square-foot sports medicine center. Our team prides itself on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to each patient's individual needs. We primarily accept private medical insurance and are committed to offering effective treatments that favor the rehabilitation of our patients over invasive procedures.

You will work alongside a skilled team that includes two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). Our practice operates from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a stable work-life balance while catering to the growing needs of our patients.

Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, providing personalized and focused therapy sessions.

Implement interventions that emphasize cost-effective treatments, potentially reducing reliance on medication and avoiding unnecessary surgeries.

Create and introduce fitness and wellness programs designed to promote long-term health and enhance patient outcomes.

Constantly evaluate patient progress, documenting care services, and modifying care plans as needed based on ongoing assessments.

Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care and recovery.

Provide motivation and support to clients during their rehabilitation process, fostering a positive environment for recovery.

Our practice mainly serves adults seeking recovery from orthopedic conditions, including post-surgery rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and mobility issues. A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.

A valid physical therapist license in California, with no board or disciplinary actions.

Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in therapeutic exercises.

Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, especially WebPT, for efficient documentation and patient management.

A proven track record of successful patient outcomes and an ability to foster positive relationships with patients and peers will greatly benefit applicants.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, professional development opportunities, and paid time off.
