Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients, understanding their psychological, emotional, and social needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW in our hospice center, you will work closely with diverse patients and their families, many of whom are facing complex emotional and psychosocial barriers related to terminal illness. You will be instrumental in addressing their mental health needs, providing counseling that helps improve their quality of life. Your interventions may include grief counseling, anxiety management strategies, coping techniques, and resources for family members or caregivers. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
