Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and creating treatment plans that address both pre-crisis and crisis situations.

• Completing timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and utilizing evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Actively engaging in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest quality of services.

• Serving as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance client access to necessary resources.

• Fostering open communication to meet contract standards and align with the mission of Sibley Psychotherapy Services.
\n
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote our programs and explore new partnerships.

• Engaging in activities for personal and professional growth, including attending conferences, representing the agency at meetings, and contributing to task forces.
\n
• Embodying and promoting the agency’s mission, values, and principles in all interactions.
\n
• Performing other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including those dealing with emotional health challenges, substance use issues, and the complexities associated with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. Qualifications\n

The minimum qualifications for this position include:
