Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while serving patients in the South San Francisco area. While therapists will conduct most sessions online, there may be occasional in-person meetings at the outpatient office setting. Our work hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments via teletherapy to identify client needs, strengths, and areas of concern.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments, tailoring evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions to promote community and provide clients with tools to address their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals to ensure the provision of holistic care, including regular case consultation meetings.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and guidance to clients in distress.
\n
• Educate clients about their conditions, treatment options, and available resources in the community to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain confidential and accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular professional development activities, including attending workshops and training to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
