Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to understand their specific mental health needs.

• Provide individualized and family therapy based on identified challenges, goals, and best practices tailored to each patient's circumstances.

• Manage administrative responsibilities including timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms to ensure smooth operational flow.

• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies to promote patient stability and wellness.

• Formulate comprehensive discharge plans that empower patients toward continuous progress after leaving the clinic.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and NEHS policies and procedures, ensuring compliant practice at all times.

• Engage in ongoing training and continuing education to remain at the forefront of mental health best practices.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to align on patient care strategies and facilitate peer support.
\n
• Ensure all licensure requirements and mandatory training are completed within designated timeframes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
