Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work environment that prioritizes work-life balance. Our team operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring structured hours while providing the freedom to work from home. The remote setting enables LCSWs to manage their schedules effectively while connecting with students and colleagues through telehealth systems.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy and mental health services to students facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct detailed assessments of students’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to identify their specific mental health needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidenced-based practices that respect each student's cultural background.

• Collaborate with educational staff, such as teachers and school counselors, and other healthcare professionals, like psychiatrists, to ensure a well-rounded approach to student care.

• Regularly monitor student progress and adapt treatment plans to enhance their effectiveness, incorporating feedback and outcomes into future sessions.

• Provide educational resources and support to students and families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and relevant community resources.

• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality throughout all interactions and documentation in line with professional guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on students in school settings, requiring an understanding of the unique challenges they face during their formative years. You will engage with adolescents and their families to identify struggles, provide resources, and advocate for their mental health needs within the school environment. Your expertise is vital in promoting resilience and fostering growth in a diverse student body.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services, preferably within school or adolescent settings.

• Strong clinical skills and proficiency in conducting assessments and creating individualized treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills necessary for forming effective relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
