Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches that align with our client-focused treatment philosophy.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in accordance with organizational standards and privacy regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist will involve working with a diverse client population that spans various age groups and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be given preference.

• Possession of a current state license (LMHC, LCSW-R, LMFT, LCSW) as well as certification as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in counseling or a related mental health field, demonstrating the capacity to manage a caseload effectively.

• Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills to engage meaningfully with clients and team members.
\n
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to process complex information and make sound decisions on behalf of clients.

• Ability to thrive in an autonomous environment while also being a contributing team member.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
