Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video, addressing the unique needs of individual adult clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individual adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By employing a client-centered approach, you will tailor your interventions to meet the specific needs of each individual, promoting their autonomy and involvement in their own treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Must be fully licensed to practice unsupervised, holding one of the following credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted. Candidates should have no disciplinary actions against their licenses.

• Strong decision-making skills for effective treatment planning and implementation.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a compassionate demeanor, is essential.

• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth sessions, record-keeping, and communication, impacting efficiency and effectiveness in client care.
