Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments through video sessions, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create individualized treatment plans that align with client goals.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that every interaction is tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of your clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in a compliant manner, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and ethical standards. This is crucial for effective care coordination and client trust.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to deliver integrated care that addresses the multifaceted aspects of mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.

• Proven expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy, enabling you to craft treatment plans that resonate with each client's unique circumstances.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for building and maintaining effective therapeutic relationships.
