Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and continuous evaluations to establish effective and personalized treatment plans for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively while handling a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n
