Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations including thorough reviews of medical histories and performance of specialized assessments to determine appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Develop and communicate individualized treatment plans, clearly articulating the findings and goals to both patients and their families, and actively involving them in the goal-setting process.
• Implement and adapt treatment protocols based on patient evaluations and responses, demonstrating proficiency in a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Engage in consultations with interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs, modifying care plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments and changes in patient condition.
• Ensure meticulous discharge planning and follow-up care coordination, documenting all relevant patient interactions and care activities clearly and accurately.
• Maintain effective time management skills to meet or exceed productivity expectations while adhering to scheduled appointments.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote our services and build relationships within the community.
• Contribute to departmental goals by adhering to regulatory compliance and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate initiative in maintaining professional competence through ongoing education and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
