Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to create a flexible work environment tailored to your needs. As part of our telehealth operations, you will have access to modern electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms that facilitate seamless communication with clients. Our administrative and clinical support teams ensure that you can focus primarily on therapy without administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop detailed diagnostic formulations and treatment plans aimed at meeting the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions for adolescents and adults, with options to work with couples and families depending on your training and expertise.

• Maintain rigorous clinical documentation that meets the standards set by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and adhere to insurance compliance regulations.

• Engage in regular peer consultation and participate in case conferences to enhance team collaboration and clinical excellence.

• Embrace ethical clinical practices and uphold a commitment to cultural humility to ensure a respectful and effective therapeutic alliance.

• Utilize advanced EMR and telehealth technology effectively, providing clients with easy access to care while ensuring their privacy and security.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC in this role will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Possess a current LPCC license in California, in good standing with the state.

• Registered with the BBS and qualified to practice independently.
\n
• Have completed at least six semester units of supervised experience with couples or families, if you plan to offer those services.

• Demonstrated commitment to working with diverse populations and promoting social justice within the field of mental health.
\n
• Trained in at least one evidence-based practice (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or a trauma-informed approach).

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage a caseload effectively using telehealth modalities.

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and participating in community outreach initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This competitive position offers an annual salary range of $90,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement plan. Clinicians will have the flexibility to set their own caseload target, with 10–30 sessions per week, and benefit from a fee-for-service pay structure that includes no-show protection.
