Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to assess students’ mental health challenges and strengths, leveraging tools and methodologies such as standardized assessments and observational techniques.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care approaches, tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment programs that align with personal goals, including therapy sessions, classroom interventions, and family consultations.

• Collaborate with educators, school counselors, and external service providers to create a multidisciplinary support network, ensuring cohesive and integrated care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops on topics such as stress management, social skills, and coping mechanisms to empower students.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and develop safety plans for students at risk, using assessment protocols to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

• Maintain thorough, confidential, and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

Qualifications\n
