Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Current California state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is essential.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic proficiency with the ability to devise appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, alongside solid interpersonal abilities to foster therapeutic relationships.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, along with various bonuses and benefits.
