Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine individual treatment needs and develop personalized therapeutic plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment interventions using a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, hands-on therapy, and the use of modern rehabilitation equipment.
• Monitor and document patient progress effectively, maintaining accurate records of treatments and outcomes.
• Reassess patients regularly to modify treatment plans based on their evolving needs and progress reports.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment goals and discharge planning, ensuring they understand their therapy regimen and any assistive devices provided.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, attending workshops and training sessions to remain updated on advancements in physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children recovering from orthopedic procedures to adults dealing with chronic conditions, neurological disorders, or post-operative rehabilitation. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, with a strong emphasis on patient care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside proficient computer literacy, including experience with electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Current CPR Certification to ensure patient safety and emergency preparedness.

Preferred Experience

While prior work experience is not required, candidates with two years of experience in a clinical setting will be given preference. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is also beneficial.
