Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist within our team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and treating patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and illnesses in a rehabilitation facility setting.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that utilize various therapeutic methods, including exercise, stretching routines, hands-on therapy, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Regularly tracking and documenting patient progress, responses to treatment, and any changes in their conditions to ensure effective care.
• Reassessing therapeutic goals and modifying treatment plans as needed based on ongoing evaluations.
• Providing consultations on assistive devices that enhance patient mobility and self-care capabilities.
• Training patients, caregivers, and families on effective use of therapeutic modalities and ensuring they understand physical therapy procedures.
• Staying up to date with best practices in physical therapy by attending workshops, engaging in professional development opportunities, and contributing to a learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

To effectively fulfill this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

While prior experience in the field is not strictly required, candidates with at least two (2) years of relevant physical therapy experience will be preferred.
