Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services which include risk assessments and safety planning when necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in line with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups, fostering a community of learning and peer support among clients.

• Regularly consult with other healthcare professionals to build a comprehensive approach to client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
