Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic interventions and support to individuals and families experiencing crisis situations, leveraging your clinical expertise.

• Collaborate with emergency services and other first responders to deliver onsite crisis support, ensuring clients are transported to appropriate levels of care as needed.

• Lead a dispatched mobile team, offering clinical guidance and support to team members during crisis interventions.
\n
• Conduct thorough assessments to form a clinical understanding of clients’ needs and construct tailored treatment recommendations.

• Make referrals for additional placement and aftercare services, ensuring a comprehensive care approach following initial interventions.

• Develop and maintain a strong awareness of community resources available to support clients in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse populations facing a range of mental health challenges, including adolescents and adults dealing with co-occurring disorders. Our clients come to us for individual, family, and couples therapy, and it is essential that you possess a nuanced understanding of developmental and psychological issues specific to these populations. Your work will help bridge gaps in care and enhance clients’ overall wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy, particularly in crisis intervention or similar settings.
