Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your contributions will be pivotal in addressing the needs of our clients through a variety of therapeutic strategies:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, including adolescents and families, to identify their mental health needs and formulate appropriate intervention strategies.

• Engage in regular communication with team members regarding client progress, treatment interventions, and adjustments to care plans through documentation and meetings.

• Provide ongoing case management for assigned patients, ensuring collaboration with community resources and professionals to deliver integrated care.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation, including treatment notes and discharge summaries, aligned with departmental standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve supporting a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges. This includes conducting assessments and providing therapy to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflicts, and other psychological disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
