Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents who are experiencing a range of mental health issues. This includes those dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral disorders, and various psychological challenges. By fostering a trusting relationship and utilizing tailored therapeutic techniques, you will contribute to positive mental health outcomes and emotional resilience in our young clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked directly with children and adolescents.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, with proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on a compassionate, child-centered approach.

• Ability to effectively build rapport and establish trusting relationships with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a comfort level with technology for reporting and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
