Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health challenges faced by clients, developing impactful treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more, tailored to individual client needs.

• Collaborate with clients in setting therapeutic goals, continuously reviewing and adjusting treatment plans in response to their progress and feedback.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions effectively, utilizing digital tools to ensure accessibility for clients who may have transportation challenges or prefer virtual options.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions to adhere to ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, such as workshops and seminars, to enhance clinical knowledge and stay abreast of the latest mental health practices.

Your work will primarily involve collaborating with a varied clientele facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.

• Display of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' unique experiences and struggles.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
