Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health needs, helping to inform tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy through evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate proactively with multidisciplinary team members, ensuring that care coordination is seamless and effective in serving clients’ comprehensive needs.

• Respond to crisis situations effectively, providing emergency support and interventions for clients in acute distress.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California is mandatory.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and competence when working with clients from diverse backgrounds to ensure inclusive and effective treatment.

• Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate documentation and time management to meet the demands of the role.
