Accounting/Administrative Clerk

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Job Overview We are seeking an Accounting/Administrative Clerk to support a mix of accounting and administrative responsibilities. This role will handle approximately 40% accounting functions and 60% administrative support. This is a temporary position to cover a medical leave with strong potential for temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities Process accounts payable invoices and assist with invoice tracking and approvals Support payroll processing and related administrative tasks Perform basic accounting functions using QuickBooks Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry Assist with general office administration and daily operational support Order office supplies and coordinate office needs Provide support with various administrative projects as needed Maintain organized files and ensure accuracy in all work completed Requirements Experience with QuickBooks required Prior experience processing AP invoices required Payroll processing experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working fully onsite in Irvine Opportunity This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a blended accounting and administrative role with the potential to transition into a long-term position. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kimco Staffing Services, Inc.
