Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions with clients to provide therapy tailored to their unique situations, while integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other methodologies.

• Lead family and group therapy sessions as needed, creating a safe space for dialogue and support among participants.

• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
