Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with a population of stable, low-acuity adults who require mental health support. Clients may seek guidance for various issues, including stress management, relationship challenges, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be crucial in helping these individuals build upon their strengths and acquire effective strategies for dealing with life's challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• A current, independent state license such as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD that allows for unsupervised practice.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Proficient computer skills and the ability to utilize digital platforms for counseling effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Your annual salary will range from USD 90,000 to 100,000, based on hours worked and experience.
